Hello,

I am in possession of a Xyno 32 eco 81. And the remote control suddenly stopped working.
What should I do now? Buy a universal remote? Order a original remote?

Im using the VGA channel alot. And my opinion is eco should be turned off then (60w to 120w).
Most universal remotes dont have a Eco button.

Regards,
Erl

Hello,

Firstly obvious question, but i have to ask - did you check batteries?

If they are ok, you can use your warranty and contact our service - we can replace your remote with the new one.

If you want to use universal remote control, you could use programmable one - there is a list of codes in the other thread in this forum you could use to program that remote control to have full functionality.

Thanks for the quick answer.

Ive checked multiple kind of AAA batteries. Expensive onces, cheap ones.
The universal remote will be all I need. Exept that Eco mode. Is there someway to make it a default 120w?

Thanks in advance
